Most recently I have been working on an overall theme--not only in business--but also in my practice. This overall concept of BRINGING YOGA OFF THE MAT!

You may be asking yourself exactly what does this mean.

Well, it all started with my love for Anusara Yoga, which is a type of Hatha yoga were everything is focused towards love and a life lesson with each Asana practice. With this you are using your physical practice to cultivate a deeper since of inner awareness. You can use your asana or physical yoga practice to let go of fear or anger. You can draw into an inner strength and pride. The possibilities are endless.

It's a kind of therapeutic yoga that will not only help you to feel better physically but mentally and emotionally as well. With this you can take your lesson OFF THE MAT and incorporate it into your daily life.

When I contemplated more deeply on this idea of TAKING YOGA OFF THE MAT, I came to the conclusion that I could take this in a different direction. I could bring yoga out of the studio and into my community reach--out to touch lives on a whole new level.

So now I have hosted an event every month, each practice encompassing the variables a different location and overall concept and theme. This new environment will help people to get out of their heads and connect on the senses. Be one within the moment as you feel the earth beneath you, the wind caressing your skin and the sun kiss your face. In this you aren't longing for the future or looking with nostalgia on the past but simply being happy with whom and where you are, as the lesson off the mat unfolds.

If this sounds like something that you are interested in and could help or impact your life in a positive way, then show up and take the lesson home with you.

positive way, then show up and take the lesson home with you.
